În cadrul celei de-a patra ediții a Festivalului Internațional de Carte Transilvania, care se va desfășura în perioada 4-9 octombrie 2016, am pregătit un concert-spectacol deosebit dedicat cărții: „Didi’s Son” al trupei Dirty Granny Tales.
Evenimentul va avea loc în prima zi a FICT, 4 octombrie 2016, începând cu ora 20.00, în Piața Unirii din Cluj-Napoca.
După concert, începând cu ora 22.00, vă așteptăm la After Party în Hard Club Cluj (Str. Republicii nr. 110, Complex Observator)

Dirty Granny Tales (Grecia) este un grup muzical avangardist care pune în scenă povești sumbre. Spectacolele lor, care includ teatru de păpuși, dans și animație video, acompaniate de muzică, creează o atmosferă dark în care poveștile sunt aduse la viață. Influențele vin din partea unor nume ca Tim Burton, Guillermo del Toro, The Tiger Lillies, The Residents, Danny Elfman, precum și din teatrul japonez. Prin spectacolele lor, Dirty Granny Tales înfățișează o lume magică, într-un mod cu totul inedit de îmbinare a artelor muzicii, dansului și teatrului.

Spectacolul Didi’s Son descrie o lume inversată în care obiectele prind viață iar oamenii sunt conduși de marionete. Creatorul acestei lumi, Scriitorul, devine personaj în propria sa carte. El se va îndrăgosti de eroina poveștii, va fi amenințat de creaturile pe care le imaginează, iar, într-un final, va reuși să se salveze.
